“Disappointing to receive the shoe that had clearly been tried on by someone else (not a problem) but the box was not properly re-packed and one of the shoe tree's is missing. Worst of all was the fact that they had a sale sticker on the shoe with the price noted at 30% lower than I paid!!!”

“Top quality clothing as always however customer service & delivery experience is extremely poor.. left disappointed... no response to email or messages. Still waiting on a reply..it’s been 4 days.. Delivery company DPD allocated time slots and promising delivery however didn’t turn up on 2 occasions, resulting in a complete waste of my time as had to change plans and rearrange work to stay in.. total joke. Delivery charge is excessive.. paying for a premium service but receiving sub standard. Will think again before ordering.”

“I placed a order online last week to be informed by text it had been delivered and signed for by myself which was impossible as I wasn't home delivery people did post note saying were it was but unfortunately it wasn't so nearly a week on I have had more response from dpd than cruise a have phoned cruise emailed etc to be told by cruise even though I have paid for my goods I won't receive them by Christmas disgusted with service really upset”
