“Cannot complain about clothing high aquality great choice. On the other hand paid 7quid delivery. After spending hundreds. Clothes bundled into a bag and sent out. No special touch”

“Service was great but i was annoyed at the black Friday deal for every £100 you spend you get £50 back I spent £850 5 days before that offer started considering I'm on the mailing list i didn't recive a email to say there were going to be any offers before hand”

“I bought a pair of shoes from the Cruise online outlet. While the buying process was easy and trouble free, I feel that Cruise should offer free delivery for products over a certain price. I had to pay 7 pounds delivery fee for standard delivery of a product worth 177 pounds. Please change this policy.”

“But disappointed in spending £522 but get no £50 off voucher because someone of the stuff I bought was already discounted .It shouldn't matter .I still spent over £250.I spend a lot of money online and in my local cruise store .”
