“I’ve actually ordered the Ralph Lauren polo track bottoms (black) to match my black) but navy logo hoodie top and they have came with the white logo on them, I have taken the tags of them due to not noticing the mistake at the time, having realised the colour of the logo i now see that the colours don’t match up, is there any help you can give me at all I know your hands will be tied due to having no tags but they are still in immaculate condition, any info on what to do next would be perfect Thanks again”

“Terrible service, box arrived damaged with a large whole through it. It was obvious that the box was damaged before being put into the delivery bag as there wasn't a mark on that. When I emailed regarding the issue I was told they can send me out a returns label and get a refund. I still want the item but I am gifting them now in a very damages gift as they couldn't swap them due to lack of stock. I was told basically that it deal with it. Very unhappy with the service and can't believe a brand like cruise would send out damaged goods. They have failed to deliver the goods as specified.”

“Can’t complain as I got 20% discount, though I think delivery price is very steep and no option to collect in store etc, which usually puts me off when I don’t have a code. But other than that, super fast delivery, and I love my new coat”
