“Kept up to date with dispatch etc fast delivery”

“I ordered a 2 pack and a 3 pack of socks 1 pair from the 3 pack arrived with a hole in them when I complained about this I was refunded for 1 pair of socks. Anywhere else would have taken the 3 pack back and sent out another one. If I only wanted 2 pairs I would have ordered 2 pairs ridiculous”

“I was uncertain about ordering from Cruise given the mixed reviews, however I have to say that I have been genuinely pleasantly surprised. I ordered a pair of Aquazzuras and Jimmy Choos. Both arrived within three days of ordering and were in excellent condition. Slight point about the Aquazzuras in that they had slight scuffs on the sole but given that the conditions of sale indicate that some items may be ex display, I was happy to accept this given the discount in price. Also both items are genuine. The Jimmy Choos were perfect - no marks and great quality. Overall very happy customer.”
