“Received belt at states time - excellent. However belt arrived in a Jiffy bag wrapped in plastic ‘popper’. I would have thought as per previous purchases I would have received belt in cruise box.”

“Shoes were ordered too small, when i went to take them back i was told i would need to send them by post? Which coat me another 11 pound? Whats the need in that when i could of done it in the shop, not happy with service atall.”

“Very disappointed as I got an email through saying there was a promotion. If you spend £250 then you get £50 free voucher. Because I was out by a day I still don’t get it even though I still spent £270 in your store. Which is a lot of money”

“I’m always happy with any cruise delieveries or in store services. However, the charge of shipping often puts me off ordering online. I think the shipping cost should be reduced or offer free shipping on orders over a certain value.”
