I was pleased with the ease of transaction with Cruise. Quality clothing delivered to your door. I have to mark it down one star however due to the courier company Cruise are using. My package was marked delivered and signed for by a "Mr Smith". I am not Mr Smith nor are there any nearby. After numerous calls to the courier company. I was getting nowhere fast. After pointing out what I mentioned above the courier arrived a few hours later with my delivery. He apologised and said he forgot to drop it off. A follow up call from the courier company and he had told them he had left it in the designated safe place at my property. Cruise change your courier company and I will happily continue to buy from you. However with your current contractor I'm unlikely to go rough all the hassle again.

Bought 2 polo shirts size medium one was perfect the other was way bigger and looked as if it had been on a few nights out. Good quick service tho.

Frustrating that online orders can't be returned to a local store with a complete refund. Although a loyal customer, some items I see online are never in store or in stock, as a result I purchase them online. Having to exchange the items is not always the most convenient option. i.e. purchasing two of the same items but in different sizes.

Excellent selection of quality brands. Both new season and outlet have great offers. Goods are well packaged and swiftly arrive. I have only marked them down due to issues with address details passed on to the driver which caused issues obtaining my purchases.

Got my purchase in God order and was well deleverd but took the one of the items back to the store and was not aloud to exchange the adidas trainers meaning I have to now send back through the mail

Delivery came quick wrapped well. I ordered a Ralph Lauren zipper and moshino boxers which where not worth it they where poor quality and looked cheap.

Shopping online quick and easy and fast delivery perfect..but size didn't fit so had to send back for exchange but still pay for post and packaging which is really unfair, If it's an exchange it should be free post and packaging, unless it's a refund then pay for post and packing!
