“Should have Å land line number so that customers should be able to speak to someone instead of sending emails and there promotions should last longer than just one day or the weekend”

“Overall a faultless experience. Only marked down due to the £5.99 delivery charge. Most online clothing sales offer free delivery when spending a certain amount. As I spent in excess of £200 I thought this would have been reasonable.”

“Fabulous service but down fall is that one has to pay for returns. We should be able to have option of in store free returns. By incorporating this, you may see increase in sales for sure.”

“The clothing and pricing are all really good. The issue I have is that delivery should be free over a certain amount. Spending £320+ to have to then pay £6 for delivery isn't the most engaging for a customer, especially when most other outlets give you free delivery over a much lower amount.”

“i asked to try on shoes & was kept waiting for a good while before they were brought to me. i also bought a bag that was £15 cheaper in house of frasers and cruise wouldnt match it for me which was disappointing as i had spent a fair bit of money that day in there & also the week before in store and online! it has made me think of taking my custom elsewhere in future as i didnt feel as though my sales was appreciated like i have experienced in previous visits - the girls who have served me have always been lovely and very helpful but on this occasion the boy who served me wasnt as nice as others ive had serve me”

“Goods came quickly. Had to return due to size but exchange came quickly too. Only down point is no option to pick up at a local cruise store. Had to pay more than £5 for delivery as a result”

“Ordering on your online store was very easy & not complicated at all. Basically you couldn't go wrong ordering as everything was set out so easy that even my 12 yr old nephue could've done it himself (if i would've let him but not yet) haha... So i would have no problems in telling anyone else to order online with you guys, many thanks - Mr Ross...”

“When we buy a commodity, if the reward points, or a promo code, this is an encouragement, let us buy more concessions in the next. I'm not in the UK, if you buy a certain amount of goods, free delivery of international postage is better!”

“Dress came packaged to perfectly! Not one wrinkle. Thank for that. The process was easy. I didn't realize I was then going to have to pay another $60 in duties and taxes but that isn't really your fault.”
