“Delivery rate to Lithuania 18€ is far too big. I don't see any reason to send your items by express service. E.g. Asos.com sends via standard post and it costs 3€ for goods up to 30€, and free postage above that amount. I have never received damaged goods from them, so using DHL means waisting my money, and I don't like it.”

“I normally shop online and the site is very easy to use, the clothes are fantastic, the delivery is a tad slow for paying almost £6.00, I've had deliveries quicker from the US for less, that said, deliveries are made with package in great condition and the drivers are always very pleasant from Yodel. I've shopped a few times at the Cruise Outlet in the Fort, Glasgow, but it is way too dark to shop in I've tried it many times and always give up and buy nothing, I can't see what I'm looking at. “Some great products and brilliant deals can be found on the sales if you're quick enough. Think it's pretty terrible that you always need to pay for delivery though. Could be spending hundreds of pounds but never offered free delivery. Just a small thing but something that irks.”

“the item arrived fast and as presented on the site my only objection would be the price of the international shipping or,to be precise,the lack of cheaper (and even slower) option for at least heavily discounted items this way I paid 50% of the item's price on shipping ..oh and I did not want to max my order so it seems cheaper”

“Delivery was very fast, easy to order online. Only downside is returns. Most retailers offer returns by collect plus which is free and delivery is free from most places when you spend over £50 - £100. Having paid delivery and having to return the goods as they were too big even though i took the online advise which said order your normal size i had to pay to return the goods as well leaving me out of pocket twice.”

“Good service, but might have another options to choose the shipment, i'm from Chile and the only shipping service that i can choose was DHL express, very fast and good service, BUT was extremely expensive, you can use Royal Mail too, is a good service, more cheap and have tracking number... Can take more time to arrive, but some people like me can wait :)”
