“Ordered pretty easily, sent reminders if i have something in bag that hasn't been bought. Only down side is Yodel is chosen courier which scares me when they're carrying 100's of £ worth of an order.”

“i am pleased with your customer service and seem very helpful, although very slow at getting back to you and only open mon-fri so takes a long time to get the info you are after. Other than that i will continue to use cruise online as delivery was on time, although the shows i got were the wrong size and i will now not be able to use them as the birthday present. These mistakes happen.”

“The price of the shirt I bought was the same as everywhere else, but Cruise had it in an exclusive color that wasn't available anywhere. The shipping cost was expensive, but the delivery time was must faster than I anticipated.”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery from Cruise. I only paid for standard delivery and received my product the next day, I was also sent regular updates via email so I was confident in receiving my parcel. The one thing I have to fault them on is their returns service. There was nothing wrong with the product at all it just wasn't what I was looking for. I went to the store in Glasgow to pick out another product but have to return the original parcel by post because I bought it online. I find this to be a big hassle and also there is no free returns service so will therefore have to pay for the return myself which I can't imagine will be cheap as it is a rather large parcel. The service I received while picking out the second product was amazing and the male member of staff really helped me out, talking me through different options (as this was a gift). Just the returns system is a let down!”

“Ordered twice from you, both times fast delivery. Second order was wrong and it was a birthday gift for someone, it had the right product code but wrong watch. I would have said perfect but this mistake made me look bad at a birthday party. Hopefully you can sort it out and deliver the right watch soon. Thank you.”
