“Great clothes & great sales. Mishap with a t shirt in the past however full refund is delivery with given, was also refunded very quickly so no complaints to make. The only disappointing thing about the cruise website is the delivery cost/time. £6 for 3-5 days delivery is very steep and the delivery never arrives on day 3, it's always day 4/5. £6 is very steep for standard delivery while most places charge £5/£6 for next day and £3/£4 for normal delivery”

“Good communication and I like the range of products however Cruise have been unable to fulfil sale item orders on more than one occasion which was disappointing. I would shop with Cruise again in the future.”

“Was initially a little concerned that item was no longer in stock when the order sat 2 - 3 days without a change of order status of 'Processing'. Then quickly all changed and was received within 36 hours after initial delay. Very satisfied with the purchase & will use again. Thank you.”

“I was happy with the quick delivery and the up to date emails which told me the exact situation of my parcel however when my item arrived it had dirt on it and this annoyed me as it was a gift.”

“The clothes are great and the ordering process is really easy but the delivery charges on clothes of this price is expensive compared to others. I wouldn't mind if I was paying for next day delivery but the number of days you have to wait on a delivery is really inconsistent on different orders.”
