“very good prices for very good stuff, made 5 order never got a problem. They send you everything into a good protection. don't hesitate if u want to order this is a very good website. if i have to say something bad, the delivery is a little long, count 10 days to get your order if you're out of UK”

“I feel that delivery charges should be lower when spending over a certain amount, others do this or free delivery. I have just sent a couple of items back costing me a further £8 postage.”

“Great sale, delivery was speedy. Unfortunately I had to send my jacket I purchased back recorded which cost me £15 would of got 5 stars if offered free postage on returns.”

“The SWIMS Luca sneakers are fabulous -- super comfortable and the petrol is a refreshingly unique colour. Nice price too. What prevents me from giving full marks in this review is the shipping company to Canada: DHL. They are, hands down, the worst, most unreliable courier of all the major ones. They once again botched the customs/duties assessment and overcharged me taxes by 20 Pounds Sterling. How they identified the sneakers as a "commercial lithium battery" and then valued it 80 Pounds higher than what I paid is a feat of stellar incompetence. When I phoned to get it fixed, I got the classic "can't do anything about it" hand-washing routine. As much as I would like to patronize Cruise Fashion again, I doubt that I will because of this latest unpleasant experience with the delivery company.”

“Very well presented and secure packaging. Good value and quick delivery. I was surprised I had to pay for delivery however and it was quite expensive, most stores offer free delivery over a certain price.”

“I though the order process and deliver were very good. One tip for the website. The mannequin used in photographs really is off putting. I think if you had a real model or even show the clothes lying flat. I go to others websites for that reason”

“The good: Superb clothing selection, good pricing and discounts, great website. The bad: Woefully slow delivery by internet shopping standards with no option to upgrade delivery times. The only option is "Standard" which is 2-5 working days so an order placed on a Friday could be delivered up to1 week later or more!!). If this issue could be addressed they would be excellent!”

“Ordered two items (a polo shirt for my husband at £80 and earrings for myself at £20) so I didn't mind paying the £6 delivery charge. Unfortunately they cancelled the polo shirt as it was out of stock and dispatched the earrings. I emailed them immediately to say I did not want the earrings as I would not pay £6 delivery for them alone! I did not hear from them for 3 days but eventually they did agree to refund the delivery charge. I would add that I received the earrings the day after them being dispatched so super fast delivery.”
