Ordered a pair of shoes online which were too big (bigger than you average size 10). Needed the right size quickly so bought the correct size in the shop but frustrating that I cannot return the original pair to the shop and have to do that through the post.

Although the size guide for the item was incorrect, i have sent the item back. Delivery was quick. Maybe free returns would also encourage more people to order.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Used the website a few times and never had any issues. A free delivery service at a lower level of spending would be better. Other shops selling the same items/price manage, so why not Cruise. Wont stop me using them though.

You need click and collect service in local shops in London for returns, had to return 1 out if 7 items

the delivery is fast, the package is good, though the production itself disappointed me a little bit, seems like more pretty on the screen

Items arrived, not the quickest delivery times from placing the order, to stock being picked then shipped. Delivery charge also quite excessive and could be a factor in shopping elsewhere. Rivals who sell designer brand offer student discount's etc. which encourage sales.

Good value for money and I have made two orders and so far. The first item I ordered went out of stock then it re appeared so I ordered again only to find out both orders were cancelled. My second order of two items, first item was fine but second item completely different in the picture, Dior jacket, what I actually ordered but then came a Dior shirt. The item was so good I decided to keep it.

Delivery v quick. Had to return as the size didn't quite fit which was my fault. Replacement arrived v quickly. Only improvement could have been not having to pay for return

Very good service, and good value product. The only downside is the cost of delivery £15 for DHL to deliver a cardigan seems expensive.

spontaneous responds to orders,you have to provide a means where the costumer can call by phone and have interaction with you when needed, it build more trust

Great products at decent prices, good customer service and reasonably fast shipping to Australia. The only critical feedback I could provide is that the online updates/emails from the time of order to delivery could be improved. I have often had an item that according to the Cruise website is "awaiting collection by courier" or something to that effect, when it has in fact already been dispatched. The updates could be improved to more accurately reflect the status of each delivery.
