The ladies jacket in a size 06 - turned out to be a mens jacket!! Even though it was on the ladies section of the website and noted as a size 6. Umm..a bit strange!!.

Ordered very late Friday night amd it arrived Monday morning!!!! Well done. Would be nicer if the items were better packed sometimes looks like they have been thrown in the postal bag, Harvey Nicks, Net a Porter etc all pack items beautifully!!!!

Great shop, dnt really like the standard £6.00 delivery charge, other websites you pay that to receive next day. Also during December the offer that you spent £50 and then received a £10 voucher - vouchers never received :(

I really like cruise and the most important thing for not just me but for everyone is delivery. Delivery is very important because when people pay for delivery they want it fast and the service is great but when you get your stuff and it doesn't fit you have to pay to return big thing I don't like about the service is paying to return items.

The cruise/flannels website has a fantastic array of clothing with some spectacular savings to be had. However, it is this factor alone that makes me come back. The ordering process is dated and not befitting of the calibre of brands and prices that customers are paying - no next day delivery in particular and the inability to track orders. Also, the stock is not accurately updated online - so often I have placed orders then get an email 2 days later saying the item is out of stock. This is so frustrating!

Order placed Monday evening, only received email on Friday to say order was being processed, was worried it wasn't going to arrive in time for weekend, based on paying £6 for standard delivery. However I was pleasantly surprised to have the order delivered on the Saturday morning. Pleased with the items, the outlet has some good sale prices! Thank you!

Good website. Only gripe was i ordered my goods to a collect+ store and the goods were delivered to home address in which I was unable to recieve the goods. They went back. What i found very good was the customer service. I was emailed and asked if I would like the goods to be sent to an alternative address. lady explained that there was an error with collect+. Yes!!!! very good customer service. Love my ugg slippers.

From submitting my order and receiving confirmation of my order it took a number of days before it was dispatched. Once dispatched I received regular updates on its progress. My item arrived in a nice cruise zip bag.

Very happy with the savings I've been able to make but not with the overall quality of the garments I have received, particularly DKNY. I notice that the items I've received do not have the hologram label, usually present on genuine designer items, so suspect that they are copies.

Good service. Used the click and collect service which is handy if all members of your household work all day to take delivery of items. Had issues with my local click and collect store (no fault of cruise). However Cruise dealt with this issue promptly and it was resolved. Would definitely use again.

I am happy with the items I purchased although 3 items were cancelled due to them being out of stock. Delivery was prompt. Also I had purchased items before Christmas and was rewarded £30 to spend in cruise due to a promotional deal on how much I spent. However I did not receive the £30 to spend and the website would not let me sign in properly. I tried numerous times to change my password so I could get into my account but was unsuccessful. I would be grateful if you could look into this.

The products and price are fantastic. I do believe the packaging needs to be improved. With a coat worth £800 coming in a plastic bag and not a box, as with some of your competitors, the company needs to learn about final customer care.
