“I shop on the Cruise website and love it. However there have been a few instances where I've ordered garments only to be advised at a later date that they are no longer available, it is very disheartening. Also if any garments are not in perfect condition or shop soiled then it has to be written as part of the product description, this is just a small negative, overall its a postive shopping experience, products are packaged nicely and received quickly.”

“I have ordered quiet few items that all got delivers very quickly. However unfortunately two items did not fit so had to sent it back. Costed £11. I think to return stuff that not been used at all and faulty or just doesn't fir should be free. Otherwise good service.”

“My international order to Latvia was processed very good and quiet fast. It was good that I received daily updates about my purchase. I ordered Ted Baker bag and was a bit disappointing that it was delivered without its original fancy box (unboxed) so I had doubts about its authenticity. Maybe a simple thing but as a lady I pay attention to details so it matters.”

“Good store to shop with. Only drawback is a good few times now I have ordered sale items only to be told a couple of days later items out of stock. Find this very annoying, think they need to update software or redevelop website so this doesn't continue to happen. It would be nice that if it happens again they give you say a wee 10% as way of an apology or offer you free delivery on next purchase. However can't complain about prices or speed of delivery. Items always of the highest standard and well packaged.”

“I feel your £6 delivery is ok but for regular customers it should be free or if you spend £100 or more on an order!! ( I've ordered on other sites because of delivery costs)”

“First class service with regard to delivery. Was a last minute buy for my son in law for his 40th birthday. What a bargain a Hugo boss top for £50 in the Cruise sale. He loved it. Thank you.”

“Excellent service and delivery was quick. However some of their products that I bought did not feel genuine. DKNY Jumpers I bought that were marked down from £70 to £10 were of poor quality i.e. extremely thin cotton and the labels were cheaply attached. Definitely not designer quality. But then again its an outlet not retail. These are not the same as the ones you buy from high streets. If you think you are buying designer goods at reduced price then you're wrong. You're paying the right price for poor quality version of the designer goods that were never sold in their retail stores.”

“I have bought suits from you. If I bought them from the shop they would be tailored free of charge. I need to arrange for this myself. If I buy a suit from Slaters online they will tailor the suit when it is delivered”

“Think they should continue to offer Free delivery on orders over £150 and should also offer Free Returns and the option of Next Day delivery at a charge would be beneficial. Products received were great quality & price. Unfortunately don't offer a loyalty card to online customers either that would Also be bonus. Over all good service”

“Quick service and delivered on time. One downside of the company is different prices online than in store. Also the updates about my purchase were out of date. Had to log onto my account to check status. My dispatch email arrived after I received the package. Not great if you have to wait in for a delivery.”

“Every time I've made an order it has taken to Long to come most online shopping is next day I have waited up to 2 weeks for items and I don't agree with paying to send items back and u take your time re em bursting any money back when there had been a return”

“great service. only downside i can see is if you buy online it can be a bit pricey if you need to return any items especially when you are paying quite a lot for items in first place. there are plenty click and collect places now that you could loik into using”
