“I was happy with my purchase however I feel Cruise need to look at the delivery costs, I am sure they could use a courier that provides a less costly service.”

“The ordering process was very easy and item was dispatched very quickly. I would have given five stars if the courier had given a one or two hour delivery window as other couriers do, instead of just the day of delivery. The first delivery attempt wasn't made until 1630. A subsequent delivery was made four days later around 1530 meaning someone had to waste a whole day off waiting for the delivery.”

“The on line purchase was easy however the delivery via Yodel was extremely frustrating - they insisted they tried to deliver twice and left cards but not at my address. I had to contact them daily until delivery was successful on the third attempt - this was following the parcel being held to check the address after my first complaint. In total a 4 day delay!”

“Ive always found the service i get from cruise to be really good but im afraid i really grudge paying the £6 delivery charge after paying hundreds of pounds for my item. Most websites have free delivery on orders over a certain amount. Free delivery would have earned cruise 5 stars from me”

“you have good quality products but you do not present them or package them to the same standard try ordering an item from harvey nichols they send it to you in a very high standard of packaging and presentation and choice of how you want it packaged better presentation required or customers will shop somewhere else harvey nichols”
