“Items well priced and very good quality. Quickly despatched although quite often items are unavailable but you aren't advised of this until after you have placed your order. Lower delivery charges would be good as well as a free return service”

“Ordered jacket and did not check my e-mails then found out days later it was not in stock, reordered, then same again. Changed order to another jacket which came a few days later. Paying £6.00 delivery charge, I thought it would have been next day delivery.”

“It took a couple of days before my order was processed, but the I always got e-mails to keep me posted. Everything was also nicely packed and was in impeccable state. So, well done!”

“Site shows sizes available under the item which is excellent. Only negative is that items ordered get cancelled due to no stock available and the item is still showing available a week later. It would be a lot better if the online was an updated live stock file. Also disappointing to have to pay for returns these should be free as with all other companies”

“After reading all the bad reviews I was a bit hesitant to place an order but I thought I'd give it a go as I really wanted a Ted Baker dress. I received the dress within the timeframe promised And it was in excellent condition.”

“Nothing wrong with the service at Cruise. Ordered Saturday and got the item on Monday, but the delivery was really bad. Not the time it took, as it was quick, but Yodel was nothing but hassle! Their online tracking said it had been delivered to a house that didn't exist at a time when there was someone in. It was a huge let down and I won't order from Cruise with any haste in future knowing they use Yodel.”

“Got the product just 4 working days after ordering. Everything was ok, but I wish it had come better packaged - it was a Hugo Boss jacket, it should have come with a plastic protection and perhaps a complimentary boss carrying bag.”
