“Ordered a Boss suit in the sale and was delighted when it arrived as it was fantastic and a genuine bargain. Slightly disappointed in the packaging as there was no hanger or carrier included and was a little crushed but I am being picky!”

“Well, l checked many reviews before l decided to buy my coat here and saw many complaints. At first, l was afraid of what other buyers said, such as a late delivery, no response and many more but l had to buy it at that time because l promised my wife that she would receive her coat before the first week of January as a new year gift. I finally bought a coat here; l received two responses out of five questions and took less than two weeks for delivery. It was not 100% satisfied experience, but about 90% was good. In conclusion, l would recommend you to buy items here.”

“Took nearly 5 days for my order to be dispatched, I realise it was a busy time of year but a bit of correspondence to let me know what was happening would have been appreciated. Also when I realised it was Yodel that was the delivery company my heart sank, but for the first time in a long time Yodel managed to get my parcel to my house with out any mistakes. Overall I am happy with my purchase which is the main thing.”

“Cruise offers the very best in designer clothing and suits my needs perfectly. If I was to have one piece of constructive criticism - the delivery times on orders have on occasion been a little slow but I understand this is likely due to sheer volume of orders etc. All in all, very satisfied.”

“Great price for Jimmy Choo bag that was not in the sale anywhere else. The correspondence after booking was not very good and I was only advised when my parcel would be delivered after I called up and chased my order. All in all I am happy with my experience and I will definitely use the sight again.”

“Great item in sale. Thought a week to deliver for a £6 charge was too long ordered something from another company after this got free delivery and was there by Wednesday not Saturday . But still ok.”

“Cruise website is pretty good. Unfortunately when I ordered a pair of jeans The leg length was too long. I took the jeans in to my local cruise store in Glasgow and they are not able to refund or exchange anything that has been bought from the cruise website. I think this is very poor and a huge inconvience. I now have to send the jeans back costing more money for postage. This I think is something management should sort out.”

“Delivery quick which is great at £6 but I kept 1 item and had to return the 2 nd which I find at a cost if £7.50 very disappointing. I think delivery yes but returns free like other / many companies. Apart from that good.”
