“Hi I always shop at the derby shop and the staff are very helpfull BUT in the past 12 months i have spent approx £2000 , i signed up to your loyalty card last year and every time i visit your shop and the staff inform me that the LOYALTY card system is down!!! when i signed up i was told that for every £1000 i spend i will get £100 to spend up to now i have spent £2000 and not been able to spend any rewards due to the system being down how can this be Yours Simon Bennett”

“I received my order a few days later than expected, but then again it was close to the holiday season. The packaging could have been a bit better -I prefer a box rather than a thin plastic wrapper- however, my order arrived in good condition. Will definitely order on cruisefashion.com again.”

“The delivery service was excellent as was the packaging. However, I do not like the item I bought which was a pair of Cruise R47p44x Light Ld12 denims. From the photograph and description the jeans look like straight legs but these jeans are baggy boyfriend type jeans. I like the design and the reduction so will pay to have them altered that is the reason I did not score very good.”

“Delivery took longer than expected, was worried when I realised it was a Yodel delivery but arrived in time for Christmas. Good communication from both Cruise and Yodel and the product was nicely packaged. I would be happy to make further purchases.”

“Most of my purchases and deliveries after checkout from your website have been excellent and I have been more than happy with my visits to the website.I have only one small gripe and that would be that twice now I have been left dismayed at purchases that have been carried through and then two to three days later been informed by email that the item wasn't in stock any longer.so maybe a quicker update on stock but I would be happy to keep coming back”

“The products I ordered and received are exactly what I wanted, sadly the packaging was poor the jumper and tshirt were stuffed into a little bag meaning both of them arrived very creased”

“Whilst the prices of the clothes is good the delivery is terrible! I'm still waiting on a delivery I ordered last week despite having received a dispatch notifications 5days ago. Also the system you have in place for customers to get in contact with your company quite simply does not work. No body answers the phone and you don't respond to e-mails. I have only given you a good rating based on the prices of your items.”

“Items took just over a week to arrive and were well packed and packaged. Returning was easy but i object to having to pay £4.00 to return one item when i already paid £6.00 for delivery. Come on cruise.. a well respected company like yourselves could at least provide a pre paid returns label like some of the smaller companies do!”
