“I ordered a jacket worth over £300, the packaging I believe was not sufficient enough. It was like you found a bag on the floor and put the jacket in it. For this reason I was unimpressed. I do like the idea of giving people vouchers and I will be using these, however I may go into the shop rather than order online now. Regards natashabaillie@hotmail.co.uk”

“Gave a rating of good only because my order took much longer than most company's to arrive but saying that it did arrive within the 5 to 7 working days which was stated on there website. All my items were there and all the right size and no security tags which i have noticed other customers mentioning had happened to them. Over all a pleasant shopping experience so would definitely buy from them again. One suggestion would be offering different postage options with one option that customers could pay extra to have items delivered next day if in a hurry.”

“Items were perfect prices were great but when spending over £200 you would expect there to be no postage charges and you really dont expect your 210 quid trainers an 50 tshirt to be thrown into a plastic bag with a lable on it was disappointed in that respect”

“Although my Ugg boots took a little longer than expected...they did arrive 9 days after ordering.....I was worried as I'd read a lot of negative comments .........., but then 30% off was a bargain too good to refuse! It was worth the wait !”

“Ordering online was very quick and easy. I was kept up to date with delivery progress by text. My only piece of feedback is that I was disappointed there was no option to deliver the shirt I ordered to a local store. The only option was a £6 delivery fee which is rather high compared to most online orders these days”

“I was very pleased with the Hugo Boss wallet purchase, reasonable time on delivery especially this time of year but the reason for 4 stars as appose to 5 is simply because I ordered a Michael kors on Black Friday weekend at a great price but to my disappointment you send me an email saying it was no longer in stock therefore I needed to pay the full price for it somewhere else.”

“Happy with my purchase, however was disappointed at how poorly the item was packaged. The bag was just placed inside the corrier plastic bag and nothing else, no box, no tissue or cover. Could have easily been damaged besides its nice to receive a package that leaves a good impression.”

“Good products but delivery is expensive, no option for click and collect and very disappointed that I cannot exchange in store. I Ordered some ugh boots I love but are wrong size - by the time I return them by post for an exchange it will have cost me a lot in postage overall.”

“item was absolutely perfect and was exactly what I needed although there was another top I ordered then 4 days later was told it was out of stock which was frustrating but besides that cruise is fantastic”

“After finally realizing I had to register to receive discount the whole process was very quick and easy. Would have preferred an option to collect from store as £6 delivery is a bit steep. Received order within 3 days which was great and vouchers sent by email when expected”
