“The prices on site are pretty low compared to other site, and site looks amazing. recived my order less then a week, the only thing is i had to pay another 190$ to taxes over my order, becuas the way Cruise has shipped my order. that's the only reason i won't be buying again. otherwish they had customer for life.”

“Happy with the service however £6 delivery is on the steep side especially when you have to pay for returns. Cruise need to think about taking part in the Collect plus service as with current delivery/ return charges they risk loss in sales against other competitive sites. All in all cannot fault the service times, etc but reduction in costs as described will gain more sales.”

“My only issue is delivery cost. Granted it was here very quickly, but £6!!! Probably the most expensive delivery cost I've seen in a longtime. Offer a cheaper option for people not in a rush.”

“Really impressed by the massive discounts being offered in the Men's outlet dept. would hope to see more Armani and a wider selection of leather jackets. I found trying to find the correct size of trousers difficult and confusing. To simplify things it would be a good idea to categorise trouser size by using the 34/32 format 34 waist and 32 length example. Because of this I feel you are loosing tremendous sales opps. Regards. “Clothing range is excellent, but delivery can take a long time to mainland uk The postal service to the Shetland isles takes even longer and tracking does not work. My suggestion. Would be to use royal mail special delivery and I would be willing to pay for this service to guarantee at least a day slot for delivery.”
