Got the goods in a few days very happy but I ordered a size 2 big so have 2 send them back

Happy we one item received, still waiting for another disappointed that when I ordered 1 item it was in stock when ordered, then I received an email to say it was out of stock.

Packaging was great. Delivery punctual. Goods as described. However feel that delivery costs could be less. I placed two orders therefore had two delivery costs within minutes of each other. Could do better with this

Prompt delivery, but having to pay £6 for delivery when you spending £400 is taking the mick tbh, orders over £100 should be free P&P

I feel that having an account system where by you can place orders on a store account would be attractive and also a free deliver into store option other retailers such as House of Fraser etc offer would be highly beneficial.

Item was as described and delivery time as stated. The only disappointing part of the service was the packaging was poor, item arrived in a plastic postal bag, no tissue paper or company gift bag for such an expensive leather goods item. At least they could have put the bag in its dust bag to avoid any dents from transit handling.

Only thing I would add is not to advertise merchandise on the site if you do not have any stock.

Company should provide free shipping when customer spend to a certain level and also should provide free collection at store. With collection in store, it helps customer, who do not have anybody stay at home gain a convenient while shopping.

Generally a decent experience with just a couple of gripes. I bought a pair of paul smith monk strap shoes that were described as tan in colour but on delivery I would describe them a lot darker than that, more of a chestnut brown ( I have since found them on another site with a far more accurate photo of the colour) but I kept them as I liked them anyway and don't have a shoe in that colour. The second moan regards the cost of delivery which at £6 is very steep especially as returns are not free. However, I decided to ignore this as I bought the shoes during their promotion period with 30% off and to be fair they did arrive the next day. Would I use Cruise again? Probably but only during a promotion or sale period due to the high cost of delivery and possible return.

Although I struggled with the website (discount code didn't work and had to put payment through a few times) when I called them they were brilliant. Honouring the discount with a speedy refund and item arrived next day. Also had very fast email response to prior question which is appreciated. Can't praise Annalise enough, she gave fantastic customer service.

Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the item does not fit so I will haven't return, however if the returns are dealt with as efficiently as the order, I'm sure there will be no problems.
