“Still waiting to use our loyalty points that is my only gripe thinking off going to the newspaper about this carry on it is 18 months now and I have an email on my phone from march saying I can use my points but when we go into store we get refused please sort this scam out”

“The service from cruise was seamless, unfortunately the delivery service let them down, it took some phone calls and 5 days before we could collect our garment, we thought that we had arranged a new delivery date, but they just delivered when they liked, this is not a free service so I would expect better from cruise.”

“I have bought an item but have refunded it due to the size, the bag came next day which I'm impressed although it did charge me with p&p. Shame I had to pay for postage due to the refund.”

“Received the item very quickly, great service! ... But that's only if you do not have to return or exchange the item, for which postage is not covered by cruise. My item would have cost £26 return. It's ashame cruise don't accept returns/exchanges in store, as most other companies do.”

“Very good! Quick and easy to use. I would have given 5 stars but found just a few minor things which could be improved. 1) Viewing black items on a white background made it almost impossible to see any detail on the product. You just couldn't see enough to judje how it would look in the flesh. 2) There was no pictures of the items i looked at being modelled. Sometimes it helps to see those pictures to give an idea of how a product should look when worn. 3) Some items don't have enough written detail. You only find out certain things once the goods have been recieved. 4) Sizing info for mens suits is lacking. It gives you something like this, 36, 40, 42. I have no idea what this means. I persume it's chest size but it doesn't state. If it is chest size, then what size are the trousers that go with it? Maybe people who know about fashion have no issues here, but there's a lot of people like me who need more detailed info so we feel confident enough to make a purchase instead of feeling like it's a bit too much of a shot in the dark to do so. 5) I never had delevery options. There was just the one standard option. No next day delivery or anything like that. However, the item i ordered came in good time and in good condition. Worth checking this site frequently as i imagine there's always something on sale. To sum up, quick, easy and bargains to be had. Just a few small improvements and this will be a 5 star site at the least. Would certainly recommend.”

“Service provided really good, unfortunately I had to send them back as I required another size. Having already paid 6 pounds for delivery I then had to pay another 8 pounds to send them back. This is my only problem with your service, it's a lot of money other than the money which I have paid for the goods to outlay. Surely returning the goods shouldn't cost this amount of money!”
