Every time I phone your support line no one answers, yodel isn't the best delivery service, ups are far better.

Got my hubby lots of Xmas presents from here great prices and very fast delivery... Only problem was one of the tops had a pen mark on it above the pocket so went to return but you can't return to shops which is annoying so going to have to send back which is a hassel plus cost extra money. On a plus customer service good would recommend this shop

Some bargains. Not always the best quality. Wrong sizes arrived, holes in garments Often let's you check out then a few days later an email appears saying order cancelled as out of stock. Not great really.

I purchased a jacket from Cruise and got all correspondence relating to my purchase from Flannels. Wasn't a problem but it's a bit unprofessional as it made me question what was going on. Since found out that both are the same company. packaging of the product was poor. Should have been much better. Fortunately the jacket was a real bargain.

You may want to review you delivery providers (YODEL). They sent me several text messages saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel at a Manchester address on two occasions (and left a card because I was out)... I live in Liverpool. This was obviously a concern to me. The next day my parcel arrived at my address. I can only assume that Yodel had sent me a text which was intended for somebody else. I also must say I called your help line, several times,when I had my original concerns and there was no answer!

Good products and fast delivery. Pity it came with Yodel who are a real pain for people in York. Free returns would be an advantage.

Slow and expensive delivery. The driver threw the item over the side gate and didn't obtain a signature. Not what you want for a £160 coat. The item was lovely and undamaged fortunately.

There are always bargains to be had on this site, often really good bargains. The customer service can be hit and miss, items are notified as out of stock after purchase or phone line not working. That said, I still use the site very regularly and I do think the customer service is improving.
