“Quicker delivery/dispatch than expexted, pay a lot of money for the item maybe delivery prices could be slightly cheaper for the prices you pay!”

“The speed of delivery was excellent as was the tracking, however the packaging left a lot to be desired, a £100+ dress just put in the delivery bag not even folded, and a very tatty shoe box.”

“No problems at all, I order a t shirt and 2 pairs of jeans. The jeans didn't fit so I sent them back. I was refunded the amount within 3 days and everything was fine. I would totally use again. Would of been a 5 out of 5 but I did order 2 pairs of jeans of different styles and they sent me both the same ones. Also when I emailed about this I didn't get a reply. All in all a good service, just a shame the jeans were like trying to get toothpaste back in the tube and they didn't have the next size up!”

“Ordered 2 items for my sons birthday was disappointed that after I placed my order a day later I received a email stating that 1 of the products were out of stock I think this should be mentioned when ordering the items not a email the day after”

“Good selection online, better than what's in store, however a £6 next day delivery charge and my items didn't come until Monday when ordered on a Thursday evening. They should email you in advance to let you know what day your parcels coming! I missed my delivery!”

“Happy with the slippers I ordered, well packaged and delivered in a reasonable time. I also liked the email updates on my package. However, the Jimmy Choo shoes I also ordered were apparently out of stock. They have been on the website for over 3 weeks and this was my third attempt to order them. Why are they still being advertised after all this time if you don't have them?”
