“I was annoyed that there was a very good promotion where I could have gained £40 in vouchers happened a few days after purchasing the item and customer services had no interest in honouring a good customer.”

“I became quite worried about ordering with cruise as I had read some bad reviews online, but in reality I did not need to worry. Everything arrived promptly and in excellent condition. My only complaints would be that it took too long for my package to be collected by the courier and it would have been better to receive my parcel in a box rather than bubble wrap alone. I am very pleased with my bag which came at a great discount!”

“My first order from Cruise and I am please with only one exception. I would prefer in future that if I place an order for 6 items they are delivered in 1 assignment to prevent me staying in for more than 1 delivery. Regards”

“Order came quickly My problem is the posting &package price, to me £6 is on the expensive side considering if I need to return an item I have to pay my p&p to return it, I feel that returns should be free at this price,it would put me off shopping online with your company again. I shop in store regularly & feel that if I could take back my returns to store,like most online shopping,this would be a better option”

“Hi I live in Leicester and buy regular from your branch their. My one question is why do you not stock CP company clothing at that branch? Yes your online sales are quick and easy but I think you would have a lot more business through having this brand in store Thanks Matt”

“Love the clothes especially wen in sale but bit miffed that couldn't add something to my order that I'd forgotten and ended up having to pay the delivery twice!! But have to say they were delivered v.quickly infact. before expected delivery. Would defo use again.”

“Great clothes & great sales. Mishap with a t shirt in the past however full refund is delivery with given, was also refunded very quickly so no complaints to make. The only disappointing thing about the cruise website is the delivery cost/time. £6 for 3-5 days delivery is very steep and the delivery never arrives on day 3, it's always day 4/5. £6 is very steep for standard delivery while most places charge £5/£6 for next day and £3/£4 for normal delivery”
