“The ordering and delivery process was good and the items arrived well packaged. However, one of the items is damaged and I will now have to arrange return/exchange which is rather a nuisance”

“Love the shop and website, however i bought a pair of jeans online but i can't return these in store?!? Absolute farcical behaviour from a high end shop, Harvey Nics smash it out the park with their customer returns they can't do enough for you.”

“Very nice and easy to negotiate around the website. Order process easy and quick. Received product quickly and very well packaged in an inside dust bag also, inside the packaging. Received a gift voucher for spending over a certain amount also. Happy customer !”

“The speed of delivery was very good and the choice is very good, however, I had experienced a slight issue with the size of a hoody, I had ordered an XS RL hoody for my 18 yr old son but when it came it was more suited to my 8 year old. I have sent the top back and now testing the returns policy!”

“I ordered the wrong size as im usually a six but in gucci shoes I need a size 5, but into the bargain I ordered gent ones, I had to return them special delivery last thursday, you should have recieved them back friday at 1. Could you please exchange for a ladies size 5. pls advise kind regards Christine connelly”

“Service was good. Items arrived quickly. However i do not expect to pay for premium brands and then be told that i then have to pay for returns postage. Its then better to buy the exact same clothes on a site like ASOS knowing that if i have to return an item i can do this for free”
