“I bought a coat in the sale and asked for it to be delivered to a local click and collect DPD point which was listed on the Cruise website. Unknown to me that DPD collection point was no longer active and Cruise apparently tried to deliver it 3 times and then cancelled my order and refunded me. Surely someone could have contacted me to organise a different delivery basis. I was very annoyed because the coat was at a very good sale price. Thankfully the coat came back in stock and I had it delivered to the Flannels flagship store in London.”

“I ordered trainers from this company which I received without the spare laces that you usually get with Valentino trainers, I have emailed customer services numerous times but no one gets back to you. Sadly I’ve only just seen the other bad reviews regarding Cruise Fashion if I had seen it before I wouldn't have order from them! Terrible customer service”

“I paid for next day delivery on a jacket only to receive the wrong colour of jacket and also I had to pay 9 pounds to post it back... I really hope my refund is cash return and not store credit.”

“Happy with service although shipping cost too expensive 6.99 and charged returns. I am sending item back as not happy with it. Charging costs put me off ordering again.”
