“Bought a pair of Valentino trainers. Arrived on NYE’s. Delighted they arrived so quickly. Opened box and found the trainers worn and marked!!!! £300 pair of shoes and they turned up like that. Drove to Cruise in Glasgow (approx 30 minutes away). For one of your staff members to be unhelpful and uninterested. Asked her if she would look at shoes to advise best way forward. Again, could not be bother and told us to send them back and ask for a refund. Absolutely disgusted with the service received given that you sell such expensive items. Sent two emails and you have yet to reply. Formal complaint made.”

“Recieved my Belstaff coat quickly but it was to small as they are a small fit. Requested an exchange on the paperwork for the next size up but still have no response even tho yous recieved it on Thursday. Would be grateful if you could inform me if when my exchange will arrive to me.”

“£7 delivery charge is unjustifiable. The company should have the ability to offer a lower delivery charge concidering there vast delivery network. The majority of your competitors offer excellent service without extortionate charges.”
