“Items continually go back onto your website, order them and then an email is received stating it’s out of stock. I have done this countless times in the last week or two and the item still shows as available. Would not order from you again. Very poor service considering the amount of money I am attempting to spend”

“I have been a regular customer with cruise for some time however over the festive period in December I placed an order for 2 items and was sent an email to say the item was unavailable however the following day the items were showing in stock. I feel that the experience was not nice in this case. I had to wait a number of days for the payment to be refined back to my account which was a large amount. I feel the payment should not have been taken if they didn't have the items in stock.”
