“Yesterday (3 Jan 19) I returned all of the clothes that I had ordered. The reasons varied between poor fit or that they were quite different looking in reality compared to the photographs, which was very disappointing. I noted that the cost of the original delivery was £6.99 and that it cost me a further £13 to return the clothes for a refund. This is a ridiculous add on to what are already expensive clothes and I will not be shopping online with Cruise again.”

“Love my clothes I bought and such a great deal. My only concern is that my Ralph fleece line zipper zip is on the right like a girls one but it fits like a guys. It's too late as I've been wearing it now and tbh I don't care because it's a nice zipper. I will buy again”

“Communication is piss-poor. Sent me an email indicating that delivery will be on a certain date. Waited all day and no delivery came. Enquired the courier who informed me that the items have not even been collected even though Cruise themselves insisted they had been. Logged on to my account and indeed, the status of the order shows that items not collected. What a farce. Delivery finally came after another 2 days.”

“Buy a lot out of Cruise as I have 3 daughters 1 son from18 to 25 .love Cruise clothing as you know your safe buying good quality branded clothing .Dohowever shop more in store .Clothes well packed arrive very good condition, only one thing. do think when your spending over £200 ,free delivery would personally would make me buy more often as I do go for the offers on other branded clothing sites .Everything else with Cruise is spot on .Very recommended many thanks”

“Placed 2 orders worth £600 to be told 2 minutes later they were not in stock and I would get my money back in 3-5 days. 9 days later I eventually received it. Do no understand why it allows you to purchase something that is no longer available.”
