“Excellent service. I ordered on Thursday at 13:00 and selected standard delivery on 2 pairs of shoes. They arrived trhe next day, well packaged and protected and, as UK delivery is by DPD I received notification of date and time in advance. Will definitely use again”

“If I could score 0 I would have. Placed my order, opted for it to be delivered to a DPD collection point i.e Sainsburys in Irvine only to receive an e-mail the night before it was to be delivered stating “this order was not suitable for collection” Baffled by this I e-mailed cruise fashion, and after several attempts was told that it once it was received back it would be sent out to my home address. Since received another e-mail saying my order was now cancelled at my request?? Really!! Absolutely shocking shopping experience.”

“I was told the item i ordered was out of stock one day before my wifes birthday. Then it took nearly an hour to speak to someone on customer service only to find out the item had been. dispatched. My previous order with cruise was also a bad expericene. I ordered Valentino heel and they looked used and had scratches all over them.”
