“Just what I had been waiting for, a lovely pair of Jeff wests at half price. Spotted them in a shop at new year but wife went mad as I have too many. Wasn't letting these go though and I'll take the rollicking . Super delivery in under 2 days, great service v happy and looks like there are plenty of bargains here if u keep an eye out for your size when stock is running low. Good outfit this, thanks.”

“I realised when getting home with my polo shirt that I preferred another colour. Took the polo shirt back to the shop, they never had the colour I wanted, but they ordered me one. I've still to collect it, but I'm sure things will go just as smoothly. I spoke with 4 staff members in the Silverburn Store, and I have to say, your staff in this particular store were a credit to your business.”

“Website set up poor. Clothes should be shown on models with information on their size to see you how the product fits. Price for returns is ridiculous. Won't be shopping online again.”

“Shoes that were sent didnt match and one had a dirty mark on the front. On the positive side, being offered a full refund and postage for sending back refund too was great customer service”
