Placed a large order with cruise and only part of it arrived due to a new member of staff making a mistake in labelling the packages. After a couple of emails, I called up and spoke to a charming lady named Stef who was just brilliant. She very quickly got to the bottom of what happened. The order has now been returned by DPD, however Stef has arranged to have it shipped back out straight away and as a gesture of goodwill deducted the shipping costs. Anyone can make a mistake, but Cruise acknowledged it was theirs, apologised and went to great lengths to put it right. Well done Cruise and thank you Stef

ordered a lovey wee Givenchy bag, and was kept informed throughout the whole delivery process right up to the courier arriving at my home. A great service. the bag was protected and arrived safe and sound, thanks you !

Extremely happy to receive my stone island pants. Ordered on Friday received them the next Tuesday . I wasn't able to buy these pants on another site ????.. but cruise fashion was able to accept my paypal and everything went smoothly.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, time and time again. Cruise prides itself on being a luxury sales brand, however their staff are unhelpful, extremely rude and do not even consider customer satisfaction. Cruise Stores agree with this and discuss the poor quality of customer service online. I recently purchased an item of clothing which was completely crushed and without any tissue paper or protection. It seemed as though a member of staff had quite literally thrown it into my delivery. When I contacted the online sales team about this, they informed me that their products are not delivered in this manner and I would have to return the item, which is no longer available, in order to "investigate the evidence". In other words claiming that I was a liar. I also received a bag without a dust bag, or any protective tissue on the hardware, leather or strap. Again as this product is no longer available, I would have to return in order for my case to be "proven". At no point were the staff apologetic that I had received my items in poor condition. I seriously doubt that these sales staff are making any cruise purchases, such as handbags £1000 plus therefore their behaviour and attitude is inexcusable. I would avoid shopping online at all costs as it only creates problems, and would encourage customers to spend their money in store- where they will be met with helpful and polite staff who make customer service a priority.

Very prompt - placed order and received the next day, so cannot fault. Have not had to return an item so cannot comment on the returns process, but based on this experience would have no hesitation in purchasing again.

Cost of postage was disappointing as was the lack of option to have the item delivered to store to avoid the high postage cost.
