“Cruise good DPD delivery was poor ,delivered to wrong address ,didn't get parcel till 5 days later ,this was probably due to DPD drivers getting paid only for parcels they deliver, I was not in so he probably just got rid of it anywhere he could. Would like the option of another delivery firm”

“I received a wrong color product and the Customer servicer refused to change the product to closest similar color what I'Ve ordered (product that I ordered was sold out meanwhile). I had to go to post Office to return my order and pay it myself first. So I had to go through all this trouble and I Still dont have what I ordered.”

“I can't give a different star rate as I'm STILL waiting on my order. It's difficult to give a review!!! The order status is 'ready to ship' since July 22nd. Not really acceptable..... don't you think??!! I've been charged for delivery and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Please update me on when I should expect delivery.”

“I used to be a regular shopper many years back at cruise Glasgow but as time went on the staff who I regularly dealt with had moved on elsewhere and my shopping experience had changed enough that I no longer wanted to shop there. I started more online shopping because of this. Now all that has changed. Earlier this year as I walked past the store the window display at menswear caught my eye as a member of staff was adjusting it. Walking up the steps into the store was like a breath of fresh air with pleasant staff and even a welcome from the security guard. As I browsed through the store a female assistant helped me with the latest Styles and what she thought would suit me. Almost felt like I had a personal shopper she literally went out of her way to make the customer feel number one. From checking sizes in what I've picked to other items that I hadn't even looked at this person knew her floor inside out and even went on to suggest other items I may like around the store. Wait patiently while I tried on different looks that she had put together definitely adds to the whole shopping experience. My faith has been restored In cruise thanks to the well dressed young lady with the dark hair and incredible tan who has shown professionalism to a very high standard. Always looking forward to my next visit to the store. Thank you”
