“Great value for money but the delivery charge is a bit much and not being able to return items from online in store is no good either would have given you 5 stars if it was not for both of these .”

“Great choice, great sale. The only thumbs down it's expensive postage and I have pay twice if I need to return something. Prepaid returns labels should be included in every parcel for fairness.”

“Cruise good DPD delivery was poor ,delivered to wrong address ,didn't get parcel till 5 days later ,this was probably due to DPD drivers getting paid only for parcels they deliver, I was not in so he probably just got rid of it anywhere he could. Would like the option of another delivery firm”

“I love the variety of sales items on the website and very fast delivery-always neatly packed in Cruise dustbag. The only suggestion I would like to make it shipping/return cost should be lifted for orders over £50. This seems to be the industry standard.”
