“I ordered a Paul Smith hoody from Cruise, which I couldn't find at any other retailer, and a Paul & Shark polo shirt, which was reduced by 50%, and was the cheapest that I had seen at any other retailers. This was great! I ordered on a Friday afternoon, and DPD delivered my parcel on the following Monday. I am delighted that Cruise use DPD, as I find they are the best delivery company. However, after spending £191 on items, I am appalled that I had to pay £6.99 for delivery. It is disappointing that there is no cheaper delivery option, and also that there is no free delivery after spending over a certain amount. I would buy from Cruise more regularly, but this charge puts me off. I find this charge unnecessary, especially when you consider that a rival retailer only charges £2.95 for the same service (and free if you spend over £150), and they even pack your items in a cardboard box all the way from their "END."”

“I've had not but good experiences shopping with cruise, and for that reason alone I am loate to write a review - as much as its nice to share, I fear the more visitors to the site, the less stock for me to pick from!!! I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.”

“Paid next day delivery didn’t get it till 2 days later because it was weekend so why ask is it next day that was a present I needed next day my delivery should be refunded to my account”

“One trainer was faulty.Stitching on the strap had come undone. Very disappointed that I was unable to return to local store for exchange. Postage too expensive as I am a pensioner .Luckily local alteration shop sewed it for small fee of £4 (cheaper then postage) and no hassle. Will not shop online from you again !”

“I enjoy shopping with Cruise and do so a lot! I shop in Glasgow- outlet and main store in Ingram Street, where the staff are fantastic. I like shopping the website but would appreciate free returns . I recently made a return and it was quite expensive. I also think it could be a wee bit more user-friendly.”

“Item was well packaged and as detailed on the website, I did however pay for next day delivery, this should have arrived on Friday 20th July, however I did not receive my package until Sunday 22nd July. I am unsure if this was an issue with Cruise or the delivery company, in this case DPD.”

“I placed an order on Sunday as I was going on holiday the following Saturday being sure I would get items delivered on time . Got email to say order would be delivered Friday pm . Parcel came with 1 item in it . Not informed that it was only 1 item being delivered . Contacted cruise but shut over weekend , not good . Other parcel came on Monday , no use to me as I am on holiday , not good . So not really a good shopping expiereance with Cruise I would say .”
