“everything that csj said they would they did from phone calls at what time they would arrive , they arrived on time did the job with expertly , they also cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to take the time to show you how everything worked properly”

“Am really pleased with the work I have had done.The guys worked non stop all day They fitted patio doors,front and back door in one day.Awesome finish I didn't have to do anything but admire my doors.Not a piece of wall paper was damaged,they cleaned up every spot of dust and dirt.Thanks to the three guys,they were very professional. As for my doors .,...Beautiful.They even sent a fellow to plaster outside a few days later.If you want new doors and windows CSJ is the company to use.Highly recommended by me.????????????????????????”

“CSJ were excellent at installing 5 new windows to my house. The quality of the product is excellent and the quality of the installation and works on site is superb! Site staff really cared about their workmanship. I am particularly pleased with the joinery work inside the house. I would recommend CSJ to anyone.”

“My experience with CSJ has been an excellent experience, from the Canvassor (Aaron) who knocked my door and who was very pleasant and polite but not too pushy, the salesman Stephen , who again was very professional and knew and believed in the product he was selling, to Natalie who arranged the installation and followed up after the windows were fitted, and by no means last the joinery team who fitted the windows, curtious, great workers, cleaned up after themselves along the way...just lovely guys (Jamie, Tam and Sean). I would have no hesitation at all of recommending CSJ, they have excellent customer service skills, professional staff who know what they are talking about from canvassor through to sales and installation staff and joinery team and their product is of a very high standard. First class service all round. Margaret Ward”

“This is the second time CSJ have done work for us and wouldn't hesitate to ask them again. The preparation, planning and organisation of the work to be carried out was fantastic and we were kept well informed of what was happening at each stage. The tradesmen who completed the work were professional, polite and friendly and finished the job to a high standard. They even cleaned up all the mess at the end which was great! Highly recommended.”

“WE HAVE HAD THREE LOTS OF WINDOWS REPLACED AND, SO FAR, HAVE BEEN DELIGHTED WITH THEM. THE THREE DIFFERENT TEAMS (CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAMES OF THE FIRST TEAM, 2ND TEAM - ANDY AND STUART, 3RD TEAM PAUL, DAVIE AND JASON) WERE, AS PROMISED BY TOM KELLY, CLEAN, TIDY, EFFICIENT AND LEFT OUR HOUSE THE WAY THEY FOUND IT THEY WASTED NO TIME IN COMPLETING THE JOBS AND WHEN FINISHED WE WERE WELL SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS AND WORKMANSHIP. WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND YOUR FIRM. MR. AND MRS IAN IRELAND, CURRIE.”

“Although we got off to a shaky start with original quote process the final outcome confirms we made the right decision to stick with a quality product, company and fitment. The order was completed very promptly, and delivery and fitment commenced on the day promised. The fitting team did a great job over 2 1/2 days clearing up as they went. As small piece of damage done to a wooden piece of furniture was soon rectified by the same team on-site and now is completely as new, very professional and testimony to the skill set of the team. Follow up finishing works (some blown concretes pieces on outside of windows, which is unavoidable in such works) was booked for a week later and completed in under an hour. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending CSJ to anyone else.”

“The whole process was carried out painlessly and within the time scales stated. The fitters were efficient and courteous. The only small problem was noticed after the fitters had left. This was rectified quickly without any hassle after contacting Head Office.”

“I was very happy with the overall experience of dealing with CSJ. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. From a sales perspective, the products were fully explained and models shown, which helped convey the overall quality of the product. From a cost perspective, I'm quite sure they are not the cheapest, however one has to take into consideration the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installation team. I worked with CSJ with regards to their installation dates, so recevied a more favourable quote as a result of that. The installation team were very effecient and had the work completed, to a high standard, within 1.5 days (8 windows, 1 door). I am delighted with the result and would certainly use CSJ again and recommend them to my friends.”

“Front door and side panel looking good. There was a slight issue found after the install, but CSJ were quick to come back out and resolve. Can't fault service.”
