“The Curlology product and the customer service are both phenomenal. I always get prompt replies from my care provider, and my prescription is the only thing that has made my skin this clear (and I’ve tried EVERYTHING from Proactiv, to birth control/hormonal treatment, and so forth.) I even got a surprise treat with my latest shipment, and that really made my day after a long and difficult shift at work. My only complaint is about the packaging. I initially thought that the first bottle I received was completely broken, because I couldn’t get the product out, though I eventually got it to work. It’s a bit frustrating that I can’t open the bottle to see how much product is left (so I can know if I need to adjust my next delivery date) and I can’t get to the remaining product the pump couldn’t get out. The packaging looks really nice, though. Overall, I LOVE this company and plan on using their product for a long time.”
