“I had an American style fridge freezer delivered today, I had a call an hour before to let me know they were on their way, and the guys done everything they could to get it into my house, nothing was too much trouble for them :) Very happy with the product and service I received.”

“Kindle bought in Horsham around 22nd May. Died on 8th August when in Kingston. Had paid extra insurance. Neil from Know How brilliant. Found all details, checked Brighton shop where I was heading re stock. Lily sorted me out in 4 minutes. Brilliant staff, thank you. Linda McCarthy”

“I ordered a new Samsung Fridge Freezer at Currys in Poole. The representative in store was very informative about the item and went into great depth about the differences and functions between brands, After purchase he arranged delivery and installation of the new fridge freezer within a few days. Robin and Mikey installed my new Fridge Freezer and couldn't fault their expertise and professionalism. They aimed to please and wouldn't leave until I was happy with the installation, taking away all packaging and my old fridge. Thank you Currys, this is the second item I bought from you in the past year and definitely will not be the last.”

“We visited curry's pc world ( Branch Number 1805), at Ocean Retail Park in Portsmouth. We were looking to replace an old Dyson Vacuum cleaner.. We had looked online, at various Vacuum cleaners. But it is difficult to see them properly. So it was nice to come into the store, and see lots on display. We were assisted by a nice lady called Mary. Who was very knowledgeable, and was able to demonstrate, how they worked. she also allowed us to handle the machines. We didn't feel under any pressure, to buy. We ended up purchasing A Shark Lift Away. Which we are very pleased with. Mary's customer service was excellent, she is polite and friendly, and she is a real credit to your store.”

“needed to buy a new under counter freezer. we were served by Billy at Kinnaird Park currys store. Billy could not have been more helpful. Lovely manner, polite, with a great sense of humour. We bought our freezer and went home vey happy.”

“Excellent service in every way! Delivery was two days earlier than any other company could manage and, better still, on a Sunday. The price of our cooker hob was the same as John Lewis and was delivered exactly as we wanted. We are delighted with this service and will certainly use Currys again.”

“I ordered an Epson Printer late on Thursday and was promised delivery on the following and I was advised on the computer where the product was eMonday (a bank holiday) or Tuesday.It was delivered earlier on Saturday morning at 09.57 .and was trackable from the point of sale. “A lot of the geekiness and overpriced goods have been swept away and what has emerged is a slick but helpful network of outlets with sales assistants who are genuinely keen to help and a range of good products at good prices. My little HP scanjet 300 was within a couple of pounds of the best internet price and I could see and touch it to gauge the build quality before buying. Good place to browse & buy.”
