“I received fantastic service from Curry's PC World earlier this month. They advised me well on a new digital radio and had the product in stock. They were knowledgeable and courteous and advised me on the different types of guarantee available.. If I do have any problems with the product it is a no quibble guarantee and they will replace like for like. But I have had no problems and love my stylish Sandstrom Radio!”

“Went in to purchase a new fridge freezer. Thinking we knew the model we wanted. When we arrived the sales staff were attentive but not in your face. When we picked (something completely different, always worth seeing and working out quality of build) we decided upon one. There were two models available and the staff went over and above to help us decide which suited us best. Was delivered on date agreed with no fuss. Only thing they don't do is takeaway packaging. Which would have been helpful. Other than that five stars”

“I was served by Matt of Hereford branch when purchasing a hp laptop what a pleasant young chat he was a people's person I had to go back in for a few bits for the Internet he was chatty what a pleasure to be served by him he will go a long way with his pleasant nature. Kind regards Clive”

“Was a bit sceptical on ordering from these after hearing some people's views. But I did. Every thing went well. The correct item delivered in the time frame given by team knowhow the men that delivered my goods were very pleasant and helpful. Over all very pleased.”

“I had an American style fridge freezer delivered today, I had a call an hour before to let me know they were on their way, and the guys done everything they could to get it into my house, nothing was too much trouble for them :) Very happy with the product and service I received.”

“Kindle bought in Horsham around 22nd May. Died on 8th August when in Kingston. Had paid extra insurance. Neil from Know How brilliant. Found all details, checked Brighton shop where I was heading re stock. Lily sorted me out in 4 minutes. Brilliant staff, thank you. Linda McCarthy”
