“There is a man who works at Curry's PC World in Stockport, called Andrew Duxbury. What a great bloke and an excellent, helpful informative person. I went to the store reluctantly with a problem with my daughters laptop. I hate taking things back as nobody ever helps and I just end up getting frustrated and go home with the same problem. However, Mr Duxbury was really informative, very knowledgeable about the products in the store, he took loads of time trying to solve my problem and when eventually, he couldn't, he gave my daughter a brand new replacement laptop!!! I couldn't believe it, at no point did I expect a replacement. I expected to be told that it was my daughters fault and there was nothing they could do. What a refreshing change. Currys PC World are fantastic for employing such a man and Mr Duxbury is the best...X”

“Used Currys Team knowhow repair service for our LG Oled tv. which developed picture quality problem. previosly bought from Rang and booked appointment for collection. Was told TV would be repaired and returned to us after 5 days. TV was collected on time and driver very polite. We were kept updated through Knowhow website and texts about progress of repair. After exactly 5 days received text message saying TV had been repaired and would be delivered today, which it has been. Both drivers again very polite and helpful. TV works like brand new. All in all very satisfied with the efficient service provided by knowhow and would certainly recommend.”

“We went Into Currys PC World at Avonmeads Bristol to buy a washing machine Thursday 8th November there were so many to choose from. Assistant 7 Mosud was very helpful with his knowledge he enlightened us on the features of all the machines that we were interested in then left us to decide. He didn't follow us around or try to sway our choice but was available if we needed more help. We chose Samsung Addwash and Mosud served and was polite and professional I would rate him 10 out of 10”

“I booked a repair for my washing machine costing £149 which would cover for the next 12 months as well. Man came out fixed it and also replaced the metal ring in the door seal and refunded my money as it was a simple and quick job. I thought it was very noble of him as he didn't have to do that. So i've basically got my washing machine repaired for free and I am very grateful.”

“Went in to purchase a new fridge freezer. Thinking we knew the model we wanted. When we arrived the sales staff were attentive but not in your face. When we picked (something completely different, always worth seeing and working out quality of build) we decided upon one. There were two models available and the staff went over and above to help us decide which suited us best. Was delivered on date agreed with no fuss. Only thing they don't do is takeaway packaging. Which would have been helpful. Other than that five stars”
