Poor customer service. I purchased a wifi mobile broadband sim starter pack to cover my lack of Internet for a couple of days. I was told that 3G of Internet useage would be ample. Total cost £14.99. I was happy with that. I got home at 2pm and activated it. Started to use the Internet successfully. By 9.03 pm the same day I received an email informing me that not only had I used my internet allocation but had incurred an over useage charge of £104. The provider who are linked to currys have been totally unresponsive to this flagrant overcharging and have refused any help towards reducing this bill. BE WARNED THEY HAVE NO CAPPING SYSTEM AND WILL ALLOW YOU TO OVER USE WHILST THEY CASH IN ST YOUR EXPENSE. Currys customer services have still not replied to my complaint after 3 days. A totally bad experience. The device is back in its box and will not be reused.

good with taking faulty / unsuitable equipment back but staff are not too well informed about product, one particular sales girl gushed about the dual port / band whatever on a device, when I asked her what that meant see just looked blank and admitted that she didn't know, I go there because I'm lazy it's my own fault I suppose.

I ordered a washing machine and paid for recycling. It was delivered on time but the delivery van said it had no room to take the old one and that Curry's would phone me the next day to arrange a pick-up of the old machine. I had to phone them, taking over 15 minutes of my time as their customer service does not have enough employees to deal with queries. They gave me a day and time to collect it and even texted confirmation, but it was not collected. Now I am trying again to have it collected and have been waiting over 30 minutes to speak to the correct department. Will it be collected this time? I doubt if I will ever go to Curry's again for a purchase. JH Stockport

Staff on you as you walk in the door don't get a chance to look before a pushy staff members there in your face back off when a customer wants help they will look for it

Delivery men refused to take old appliance away at time of delivery, even though we had paid extra for this to be done!!!!!!!

ordered a washing machine.on a sunday morning from the bath store sales staff very good and easy to deal with . they gave me a chose of delivery days . i selected the following wednesday so far so good . they gave me a time wihdow of 10.45 am to 13.45pm so i had to be home for those four hours . unfortunatly there logistics isnt that good it arrived much much later than that poor comunications shoddy service nearly cost me my job as i had to return to work. if you buy something from these people collect it . delivery service is poor .

JVC RD-D70 Wireless Traditional Hi-Fi System. was looking for a fm stereo radio to replace a old ghetto-blaster. this seemed to suit my needs in store. sounded better than some of the similar priced fm stereo radios plus a useful lcd display with back-light etc. at home it sounds boxy. the clarity,s not good. lacks hi frqy and sounds wooly. the backlight is too bright at night and the tuner is difficult to use. the presets require too much button pushing. theres nothing wrong with it .. or i would try to get this changed or refunded .. but this is my 2nd recent radio purchase and im still not happy. i will be looking to replace this asap.

Bought a top of the range washing machine and paid to have it fitted and old machine taken away. Neither fitted nor old machine removed. Waited 15 mins in store to complain as manager of Hove store gave hard sell on insurance to new customer saying "customer satisfaction is my job"... then told me nothing he could do nothing as Curry's out-source deliveries.... "Not my problem".... Curry's flatter to deceive at point of sale and couldn't give a damn about anything after sale. Shocking. In future I will select product at local Currys store but then buy on line via John Lewis who have some sense of customer service.

I ordered a tumble dryer online, normally would go to shop but needed delivery. It turned up badly dented and have spent most of weekend getting it replaced. Teach me to use next day delivery won't it. Very poor customer service and obviously poor product care.

i orderd a miele fridge 5 weeks ago, No sign of the fridge or a phone call to explain why it has not arrived.They are happy to take my money but can not take the time for a explain the long wait, i am on the verge of getting my money back and going to a shop who cares about good service

Yesterday i ordered online for collection at Solihull Retail Park store a samsung 50" 6800 as it was £999 as I'm gathering everything together to move house. I also purchased a tv bracket and a samsung blu ray player also.. After getting the unit home the urge to get it going an tuning it ready was to much so i have done that an packaged it all back up as it came out. So the following day i checked on curry's website just to look up something on the spec and noticing they have slashed the price by £200 if i were to buy it online where it was £999 online an in store yesterday. What the hell is this all about !!! I mean i don't mind £50 but £200!! Why didn't the guy explain to me when selling me everything else explain anything at all. I think its completely out of order and would love Curry's to get ahold of me as the TV is just sitting here packaged up as i won't be moving out for another month yet. Its just ridiculous that price!! And if currys do watch these reviews i honestly love the tv set its brilliant, but i also think some compensation should be in order for another order. I was looking to go back an buy a Sonos Playbar next week. But now i think i'll be going elsewhere unless you guys can sort something out. The staff members here are not very good. I was talking to a member of staff but there was also a number of other customers looking to be seen and the staff member wad not dealing with this very well and was getting very frustrated and he didn't deal with any of the problems and left another member of staff to do it.

i left my laptop in to get fixed. It took them 2 weeks to even look at because i went in to compain and then and futher 3 weeks for it to be repaired. Wasnt happy with the serivce i recieved.

logic fridge freezer broke down twice in the the first 7 months; just broke down again today. got in touch with currys they blame makers and makers pass me back to currys. three lots of food ive threw away, no one wants to know the fridge freezer was not fit for purpose. lets see how i get on
