“Enjoyed the afternoon tea with my friend. It arrived nice and early. Cakes looked small but were very tasty. Followed instructions and put scones in the oven and they too were very nice. Think you could send more than two tea bags. Only one cup of tea each? Ended up making a pot of my own tea so we could have another cup! That would be my only criticism though.”

“I bought the brownies as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately they were delayed for a few days in transit, but this was due to the delivery company messing up. C&S’s customer service team were very helpful in contacting the delivery company and correcting The issue. My friend said the brownies were still very tasty when they arrived.”

“The lemon-iced cake was delicious, although brownies and scones were on the dry side and the tea was extremely weak. Presented nicely though and the mini cool bag for the cream was a great addition. Liked the fact that it arrived on a bicycle so reducing carbon footprint”

“The biskie box was a gift which the recipient enjoyed. There was a little confusion over the delivery date as the automated emails were not correct displaying a different day for delivery. Otherwise overall happy with the purchase.”

“While I was happy with the afternoon tea I ordered for my elderly mother in law for her birthday, I was very disappointed with the delivery service. An email from Cutter and Squidge told me the delivery day, while the delivery service told me via email it would be delivered another date. There was no one available to speak to at Cutter and Squidge. My delivery instructions were ignored, so my sister in law had to collect the delivery from a local store.”

“I have ordered vegan chocolate fudge cake and vegan mini cupcakes. They were absolutely delicious! I was just disappointed by the size of these goodies. I think a bit too small. Taste was great and not too sweet which was a bonus as many bakeries make them too sweet for my liking.”

“Very please from start to finish. Kept up to date with the order. The mixed mini brownies were a present for my daughter and they arrived on the said date. She said they were the best yet. Will definitely use them again”

“Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of ahead of arrival. Originally we ordered the pistachio and passion fruit cake, which we didn’t enjoy. We were offered a gift card to try something else. We haven’t used it yet but think the service is excellent. We’ll give it another go for sure!”

“The parcel didn't turn up on the recipients birthday as ordered, but day after. I know this was the courier but C&S are responsible for using reliable couriers. The recipient did enjoy them and said they were impressed the brownies were nicer than others she's had posted to her.”
