“awful customer service. my address had been defaulted back to the payment address so as soon as i saw this i emailed them. they said there is nothing they could do. i would be happy to have had them delivered a day kate than come to me as it was a birthday treat. so upset”

“A new way for me to wish all my loved ones who live overseas 16 that live in London. Present buying and postal expenses between UK and NZ has become very expensive . A beautiful birthday cake is the perfect answer far more cost affective and they all love Cutter&Squidge cakes.”

“ordered a couple of the mixed brownie boxes (one for gift, one for myself!!) These were fairly nice brownies, but quite thin for a brownie (compared to other brownie boxes from other bakers) , & all the brownies tasted the same - it was only the toppings on the brownies that were different flavours which was disappointing......I probably wouldn't order these again, preferring thicker, different flavoured actual brownies from another baker. I would, however try cutter & squidge again for other cakes/afternoon teas etc.as they look delicious..... Delivery was as expected. I also thought the delivery charge was a bit much at £6. Overall, I would use c & s again, but probably not for brownies.”
