“The best brownies (and cakes) - ever!!!!! Great variety, perfect taste, beautiful packaging. I love that I can collect points, that the delivery is always on time, people in the shop are helpful and polite ...So yes, I am a happy and fully satisfied customer, who recommends this product (and all the others :-)) for everyone.”

“The cake was too sweet, to the point of hearing the sugar crunch in the cream. And the delivery person left it on the side, and not flat. You know you're delivery cakes, why would you do that?”

“Even though the product itself was lovely and enjoyed when it arrived it was extremely frustrating that a Mother's Day Afternoon Tea that I paid £9 extra to be delivered on the Sunday ON Mother's Day arrived the day after. I also put in the delivery notes to leave in the enclosed porch or with a neighbour and it was left outside the door. It wasn't noticed until they arrived back and it had rained slightly. Also other than the link to leave a review afterwards there was no response to my delivery query on Sunday, or until now. I specifically ordered from here so it was delivered on Mother's Day....and it wasn't.”
