“I was disappointed to notice that the top of the box was not closed with a sticker. It is not reassuring to know that the cake box is not sealed and that the lid can easily be removed. It is important to have the lid sealed because it offers a guarantee of hygiene and safety. But unfortunately this was not the case.”

“Excellent service! Each of the cakes we ordered (lemon, vegan choc fudge, Victoria sponge and GF summer berry) along with the vegan mini brownies looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Delivery and packaging were first rate so everything arrived in pristine condition. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be ordering from you again.”

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see that you didn't find our Afternoon tea at home to your satisfaction. We make all our products by hand using the finest natural ingredients and choose suppliers that are either a social enterprise or small family run businesses in the UK. “Cake was beautiful and delicious, however the personalised disc for my husbands’s birthday arrived slightly smudged so I am dropping a mark! I expected it to be perfect given the additional charge.”

“I ordered a selection of sweet treats for my Dad along with some beers. He sent me photos of an empty box and a complaint that the box was emptied too quickly, so they were definitely a hit! It's the second time I have used C&S and both recipients have been delighted with the quality of the products.”
