“What a fantastic company with a really great customer focus. I recently ordered a Vegan Afternoon Tea for 2 for my Wife and I for her Birthday. Upon delivery we discovered a problem with the scones. Shortly after emailing the customer service team, I received a phone call from a very helpful and friendly member of the Cutter and Squidge team, who couldn't apologise enough and arranged for a full replacement to be delivered to our address the following day. In this technological era, the personal touch is missing so frequently and this phone call made a huge difference. Thank you, I will certainly order again. Sarah”

“I live overseas but order cakes from Cutter and Squidge for my friend's birthday every year. My friend loves their cakes and she’s quite the cake connoisseur. Their customer service is fantastic too after I had to make a change to the delivery time.”

On the pre-birthday celebration of my beloved boyfriend, I decided to surprise him with a delectable treat, and your Vegan chocolate fudge cake seemed like the perfect choice. Not only did it exceed my expectations in taste and quality, but it also arrived promptly, making the occasion even more special. “The cake itself was lovely but I felt slightly disappointed for the price. If you are in a pinch and need something conveniently delivered - so you don’t have to transport a cake for example, this may be worthwhile and the cake tastes great. However, next time I would personally spend the money at a local baker as I believe I would get more value for money.”

“I had the pleasure of receiving immense help from Theo (an employee at Cutter & Squidge) who was so helpful when I realised I had sent my cake to the wrong address. He helped until we fixed the issue. My friend was so happy with the chocolate fudge cake and said it was delicious. I would definitely use Cutter & Squidge on another occasion.”
