“Cutter and Squidge delivered the wrong cake to my house a day before my Partner's 30th birthday. The cake was smaller than the one I had ordered and completely the wrong flavour. Customer Service were unable to deliver a new cake in time for the party, so supposedly issued a refund instead which is not an acceptable alternative. To make matters worse the refund never materialised in the promised 5 - 7 days so I had to follow up, which again is very frustrating. Given this experience I unfortunately cannot recommend Cutter and Squide, and will not be using them again.”

“The mixed mini 12 brownie pack and shortbread were a small surprise for my Daughters who were meeting up. They loved this and thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon tea treats. Ordering was very easy. However, my only problem was with the courier company not updating the tracking facility. It was only when delivered, could I rest easy. I was pleased I took some time on giving specific delivery instructions to ensure my daughters would receive their surprise. I would definitely use C & S again, but allow more time as courier costs in London are slightly eye-watering.”

“I've used Cutter and Squidge twice now to send gifts to friends. The service is really efficient, the prices are reasonable and there is a great range of gifts, which are beautifully packaged.... and delicious! It's a brilliant way to send presents to friends and family who live far away.”

“Perfect bakes and treats for celebrating special occasions. The cakes are nicely packaged and always arrive in one piece and on time. They have a good use by date too, so no need to worry about eating it on the day of delivery (although it's difficult not to!). They are expensive, but in return you get a consistently great service and high quality produce (looks and tastes great) every time.”

“Delicious cookies - I ordered a few no-peanut boxes for my daughter to take to school and a regular box for home. No complaints and will be ordering more as requested by the family ! Was also happy with delivery company used as they delivered on time.”
