“I really hoped that the cake would meet my expectations but I’m afraid that with regard to taste it didn’t. Additionally the delivery woman was handling the cake box very carelessly and holding it on its side. I have never left a bad review for anything before but I felt as though on this occasion it was only honest.”

“Bought this cake as a birthday gift for my niece. She loved it, and as she's breast-feeding her baby girl atm, she has gone lactose-free, so loved that the cake was vegan. Adding the tin was a storage bonus too, both for the cake and to keep.”

“This was a birthday gift for my one my family members. I am extremely disappointed as not only did they deliver the gift 2 days post the day of deliver/expected date but also the delivery partner made the process of delivery unprofessional, complicated and full of hassles! The purpose of the whole purchase was to deliver the gift as a surprise on the day of the birthday without any hassle; whereas, the experience was unforgettably completely opposite. The delivery didn’t reach on time/expected date, the surprise was spoilt, the person whom I wanted to make feel special ended up waiting on their weekends without having clarity on when the delivery would be made. All in all, the whole process was mentally daunting and ultimately made one feel guilty for approaching such platform for surprising someone with a birthday gift! At one point, I just requested the recipient of the gift to forget about this surprise and forgive me for daunting them as well with the delivery process/nightmare. Would genuinely request you to either improve your service or put reviews like mine on your page so that people don’t go through such horrible experiences. Last but not the least, what is the soul purpose of such platforms if the whole idea of delivering something on a particular day cant be achieved? Isn’t that ironic and completely opposite to the motive of your business?”

“Very efficient service in terms of communication and ease of ordering and range of products. Delivered on time and well presented. There was a good variety of cupcakes and they were safely and attractively packaged. The cakes were delicious. All in all a very good experience and would definitely use the company again.”

“I understand the gift I sent was very nice, but you keep referring to me by the name of the person I sent the gift too. This is no doubt due to a problem on your website, which automatically duplicated the wrong details into the sender/person ordering box and I couldn't correct it. I would have thought a website company that specialises in gift items could get that right. Even this survey uses the name of the person I sent the gift to....Cllr Sean Driscoll. That is not me.”
