“The brownies were absolutely delicious. Have taken off a star due to paying for 8am-12pm delivery to ensure it arrived before i needed to leave for the party and not receiving it until nearly 3pm.”

“The product looked great and i am told it tasted great, although i didnt get to try any of it. My only gripe is the huge postage to get it sent on a birthday date...9 pounds is extortionate and it couldnt have cost that to send it to me. I would buy again for a special occasion but not pay that excess again.”

“The product was perfect and much appreciated. A real treat. The eventual contact by phone with your representative was equally appreciated and she sorted out my order with efficiency and charm. Your website was impossible for me to manage and I could not progress my order to the payment stage. Most frustrating and time wasting. Retrieved by your lady on the phone!”

“I ordered the vegan brownie box for my daughter. She loved the product and would definitely re-order. Some issues with delivery which were not resolved as I would have hoped so product not as fresh as it could have been given it was at the delivery depot over a weekend! That said, I would order from Cutterandsquidge again.”

“Read the ingredients before you buy. I ordered the cake for my birthday but I made the mistake of not looking at the ingredients, assuming that wheat and dairy free would be free from my allergies but unfortunately, it contained 3 other allergens.... This is my fault so no issues with the company there as they do state the ingredients on the website. The cake itself was beautiful and my family all loved it and gave many compliments. Delivery was fantastic and it was well packed, no damage in transit. Only losing one star for lack of empathy when I emailed that I'd like a more obvious warning on the website that it contains nuts, oats and legumes. People do make mistakes (especially when tired/poorly etc) and miss the ingredients lists occasionally, so having a simple warning on the picture of the cake would be amazing.”

“I have already given feedback of the order delivery and subsequent poor communication so won’t dwell on that again. Based purely on the afternoon tea that was delivered I’ve given 4/5. It was delivered at the time stated, in good condition and was presented nicely. The sponge on the lemon cake was rather dry but the topping was lovely. The brownies and scones were very nice.”

“Was delivered on time and cake was very nice and packaged well. Only not giving 5 starts because we were missing the tea bags! Luckily we had some at home anyway so not a big deal.”
