“Baby Biskie Box - Nicely presented product. Delivered on time. The 'Biskies' were a little smaller than we were expecting them to be. Maybe we didn't notice the description of the size of them on the website (if there is one) but they are bite-size rather than biscuit size (whatever size that is). Tried calling the customer service number too (after our order but before delivery) but the person detailed to answer the phone didn't have a good grasp of English. That was a bit frustrating and I gave up trying to ask the question after a few attempts.”

“4* because its a little pricey but super delicious. I've had their cupcakes and birthday cake - neither taste vegan! I'd get it all the time if it was a little cheaper, but a lovely treat for special occasions!”

“Ordered a delicious Yuzu mango cake, and it did not disappoint. Delivery was prompt and within the time frame quoted which was very much appreciated as it was needed for a party. Beautifully decorated and is definitely a showstopper in terms of presentation. Withholding a star as I feel the cake is definitely on the pricier end, which may not be great value for money for all budgets.”

“I hadn't heard of Cutter and Squidge before but was looking for a cake supplier online for my mother's 94th birthday dinner party celebration and came across them. Having read many of the reviews, I felt confident to give them ago, but as important, was knowing the supplier could deliver the cake to the restaurant of our choice, as I certainly didn't want to be saddled with having to be the carrier of the cake, avoiding any mishaps. The cake didn't disappoint and was delicious and pretty to look at too, however, I was diappointed when I made a request to put delivery date back by a couple of days, due to the storm. The party date had changed and I was surprised when Cutter and Squidge stated it was too late to change the date, after all, I had given them a couple of days notice and it was put the date back as opposed to bring it forward. This caused an inconvenience but thankfully, due to the goodwill and nature of the restaurateur, he kindly held my cake for the 2 days until the day of our event. Hence only 4 stars given, as had Cutter and Squidge been more accommodating, they would have been awarded with 5 stars.”

“Delivered on time, nice packaging, lovely product. Some of the items were really delicious! One of them wasn’t very nice in terms of flavour but overall this is a good product and service that I would recommend. Only concern/qualm is around recycling. Couldn’t find any info on various packaging as to whether they were recyclable/how to recycle them which was a bit off-putting.”

“Really lovely cake presented nicely! However the delivery was quite frustrating. We were told it would come at any point during the day but that on the day of delivery we'd be given a specific time frame. We were not given a specific time frame and so had to ring several times to find out when it was coming, only to be told "It's on it's way". Due to this I couldn't leave the home in case it arrived, which messed with other birthday plans. Had I known it was going to be so difficult to communicate about delivery times, and that it would arrive to late in the day, I would have either paid the larger sum for a specific time frame or gone elsewhere.”

“Customer service were very helpful when a mistake was made with my order; offering me a refund or another attempt. I chose the latter and my friend told me the vegan brownies were delicious and was delighted to receive them.”
